We welcome your interest in our studio and are here to help in any way we can. We guarantee that a regular practice of Bikram Yoga will change your life for the better.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class and be well-hydrated. It is usually best to come on an empty stomach. All you need is a yoga mat, a couple of large towels and your water. These can also be rented or purchased at the studio. For men, you can wear just shorts and for women, shorts and a short top are perfect. All of our classes are 90 minutes long and designed for beginners and advanced alike. You don't have to be flexible or strong; you develop both strength and flexibility with your practice. Do your very best to stay in the room for the entire 90 minutes every time, even if you have to sit out parts of the class. That way you receive the full benefits of detoxing in the hot room and learning the series by listening and observing. Most importantly, place no pressure on yourself and simply do the best you can. You will be amazed by the results!!!
