Bikram Yoga is a Hatha Yoga Series made up of 26 postures done in an environment heated to 100 degrees farenheit. The series works the entire body from top to bottom in 90 minutes. Bikram Yoga helps to rejuvenate the body, reduce stress and tension. The heat helps to warm up the muscles and aids the body in de-toxification. The postures are designed so that anyone from the novice to the athelete feels challenged.
