We are very excited about opening Bikram Yoga Centre in the St. Lawrence Market area. It's our goal to develop a yoga community and share the many benefits of Bikram's Hot Hatha Yoga with you. We look forward to meeting you.Namaste,

Please note that our doors lock once the class begins. We open the doors 1/2 hour before the class, and re-open the doors following the 90 minute class. The early morning weekday classes (6:30am), doors open 15 minutes before the class starts.
If you would like to arrange another time to stop in and purchase gift certificates, please call us ahead of time and arrange a time that better suits your needs, and we will do our best to accomodate.

Did you Know?

  • All of the Instructors at Bikram Yoga Centre are Certified by Bikram himself.
  • The Byc Team of  Instructors are mentored and guided by Management Supervision with regular Teacher Meetings and One-on One guidance to maintain a high quality of Teaching and Standard to provide you with the most amazing experience on your yoga journey.
  • We have an amazing floor in our Yoga Room which is especially good for the joints, and feels great when you go into a lying position.
  • Our Yoga Room is equipped with a state of the art Heating System and Air Exchange System, to allow you to deepen your yoga practice and make your class more enjoyable by having a consistent heat throughout the class, as well as maintaining Oxygen levels, allowing you to breathe easier.
  • It is best to stay in the room during the whole 90 minutes.  If you are needing a rest, just sit down on your mat and take a break.  Try not to lie down during the standing series.  Each time you come, you will build your strength, endurance, and flexibility.  You will increase your lung capacity and learn to breathe deeply using the nasal cavity, and eventually you will not need to sit out a posture, and you will not even think to leave the room.
  • When You are practicing Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga) regularly, it is a good idea to put Electrolytes in your water.  We sell Emergency packages at the studio, but you can also find more types of electrolytes, trace mineral drops at a Health food store.
  • Partners that practice yoga together, stay together.
  • With a regular and consistent Bikram Practice, you will build your energy levels, detox the body and improve all of your organs, so much so that you will feel 10 years younger.
